Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell denies existence of Obama Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland.

Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia died in February 2016.

WASHINGTON (The Nil Admirari) - Today, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) confirmed reports Republicans were ready to confirm the ghost of Antonin Scalia to the Supreme Court.

"On Tuesday, Senate Republicans will confirm the ghost of Antonin Scalia to the vacant seat left by the deceased Antonin Scalia," declared McConnell

When asked about President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland, Senator McConnell laughed before asking, "Who?"

The White House condemned Senator McConnell's announcement, and asserted it was "pretty sure" a dead man's ghost could not serve on the Supreme Court.

McConnell said self-declared psychic medium John Edwards would sit on the Supreme Court to communicate Scalia's judicial opinions to the realm of the living.

Merrick Garland was discovered crying outside of his home, and was unavailable for comment.
